Daniel Mernagh

Growing up in the inner city of london, he began dabbling in graffiti and street art, but soon found his passion for typography and moved away from the spray can to the computer. Choosing to study and gain more skills in production, he gained a BTEC in Electronic Media, he then went on to obtain a BA HONS degree in graphic design from Middlesex University, which is the start of his polished range of work, and he now works in fields of illustration, art and design.

Taking inspiration from a diverse range of contemporary urban subject matter, including sex, drugs and rock n roll, his artwork demonstrates a social commentary of the pop art of the noughties.

He has also been snapped up for projects, collaborating with high-profile companies including Nike, Footlocker, British Telecom, HTC and Universal to add an edge to their campaigns.

More Recently, He curated his first art show at fabric Nightclub back in March which covered 15 years of fabric artwork and also had works by artist such as Goldie, Inkie, Carne Griffiths, Russell Marshall, Benjamin Murphy, Simon freeborough, zomby(dds) and Philipa Westaway
